HVAC Lead Technician – Install

Join our team

We are currently recruiting a licensed and experienced HVAC technician to join our team to service and install HVAC equipment for our growing client list in Oxford County and surrounding area.

Primary Responsibilities

Ensure customers heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment meets or exceeds the Technical Standards & Safety Authority’s codes and municipal building codes and standards
Follow all Energy Star installation processes and/or procedures
Educate customers on proper care and maintenance of their HVAC equipment
Complete HVAC equipment inspections
Maintain a clean, fully stocked equipment vehicle to be successful on the job site

Education / Experience / Skills

A minimum of 3 years recent HVAC Installation experience
Valid Gas Fitter/Refrigeration License
G2 or G3 Gas Ticket an Asset
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract
Clean criminal record
Comfortable working from heights where applicable
An accountable and responsible personality, delivering high customer satisfaction
Ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team environment or alone to complete an installation or repair
Work with the customer to provide them the best customer service possible
Must be flexible to work weekends, evenings and on call
